Video Producer - Enablement
In 2018, during my second year as a Partner Success Manager at Futuri Media, I saw an opportunity and created a tutorial video to guide users through publishing a podcast episode with POST, Futuri’s podcasting platform. The response—from clients and colleagues alike—sparked the creation of a full enablement video library supporting all eight of Futuri’s audience engagement products.
Over the next three years, as executive producer, I wrote, voiced, and produced 37 tutorial videos, each paired with a Knowledge Base article. In 2023, those efforts evolved into Futuri Academy—the company’s central hub for onboarding and user enablement. Alongside refreshing and maintaining the library, I led the production of the enablement video series for two new products, four product UI redesigns, and over 30 feature overviews, helping users stay confident and current with every release.
